Stephen Hann
Founder & President
Stephen Hann has spent over 30 years building luxury custom homes across Greater Houston’s most prestigious neighborhoods. A 1980 graduate of Trinity University with degrees in Business Administration and Construction Management, he founded Hann Builders in 1993.
Stephen holds four NAHB professional certifications: Graduate Master Builder (GMB), Graduate Master Remodeler (GMR), Certified Green Professional (CGP), and Certified Graduate Remodeler (CGR). He is an NAHB Life Director and founding member of the GHBA Custom Builders Council.
His industry recognition includes NAHB’s America’s Best Builder award (2002), NAHB Custom Home Builder of the Year (2007-2008), GHBA Custom Builder of the Year (2010), and multiple GHBA/TAB Remodeler of the Year honors.
